Who Can Use This API?
This API is available to all HomaCRM portal users with a valid API token. The Main Admin of each portal can generate and manage API tokens from the portal settings.
What Can You Do?
- Send SMS messages to your customers
- Manage your contact database (phonebook), deals and leads
- Create, reply to and follow up on support tickets
- Check your SMS credit balance
- Access message delivery reports
- Read warehouse inventory, invoices & payments, production orders and payroll summaries
